'Tacular #58: Herbtacular!

Herby herby goodness! Who's making what? I'll be frying up Pad Ka-Prao Moo (Thai Basil Pork)...or I might make it with chicken (Pad Ka-Prao Gai). Decisions, decisions!

  5. Vietnamese herb salad, with tamarind honey glazed beef (or possibly with lemongrass chicken, depending on availability of key ingredients).
