I'll be mixing up Bahama Mamas. Food TBC.Marco and Laura are making shrimp skewers and gin martinis or G&Ts (I think).
I might go with Fire Engine for food (because who doesn't love canned corned beef?!).
We're making pina colada cake but our beverage will be the Jungle Bird
We're going to make Sky Juice, food pairing TBD.
Forget that! Upon further research and reflection, we'll be making Goomba Smashes, with conch fritters.
Urgh, is editing a comment not a thing on Blogger?!? *Goombay* Smash is our drink, not Goomba.
We usually crack out the ice cream maker at least once a year, so we’re making…toasted coconut ice cream! With buttered rum sauce, for those who prefer it sundae-style.
Cocktail TBD, but will likely contain the remaining rum.
Yellow Bird...with peas and rice...which includes bacon :) rather that salted pork.
