Still calling dibs on fiddleheads, if they're available. Other than that, we've found baby brussels sprouts, and since poussin doesn't seem to exist in Toronto and squab sounds slightly unpleasant, we're leaning towards suckling pig.
Okay --- so we're up for the following: 1) baby bok choy with cashews (nut is just a plant waiting to happen!) 2) Roasted Baby Potatoes with Capers and Rosemary (capers are buds...we're on a roll here!) 3) some kind of egg dessert
And I might attempt some sort of lamb roast...

DeleteMe again. I'm s till making lamb but it'll be Vij's lamb lollipops with a fenugreek curry cream sauce (thanks Jeremy for the inspiration!).
