Oh gosh, I can't decide... either I make the thai red curry chicken stew with sweet potato that I made already for roottacular, but couldn't share with y'all, which was a shame because it was purty tasty, or I make gnocchi with leek-sausage ragout... so difficult...
Wow, we have a lot of meat. OK, I'm going to make a Sicilian eggplant stew, to be served with crostini. I may be late depending on whether poor sick Dan feels up to putting Mr H to bed.
Me, I'm cooking up a Sichuanese spicy red-braised beef stew with daikon radish served over wheat noodles. One of my all-time favourite things to eat.

ReplyDeleteDue to the polarizing nature of lamb, and in an effort to please all palates, we have switched to a Spicy Sausage , Escarole and White Bean Stew.
