Mei and I are making birria tacos (complete with consomé for dipping)!
Yay, was hoping someone would make these!
I'm baking up zucchini fries with a homemade marinara sauce for dipping (or maybe some other kinda sauce if I change my mind...)
I will bring spring rolls. With dipping sauces, of course.
We will have baked churros (or eclairs if the churros don't work out) with dulce de leche, and also some Greek goddess dip for appetizers.
