Marco and Laura are making fried oyster tacos (because oysters are a high source of iron!)
The McMompsons are making potato fennel soup (potatoes=earth)
I will likely be steaming up a Cantonese dish of chicken with mushrooms and lily buds. (steam=water & air)
Mei and I are doing truffle butter cod Baked Alaska (truffle=earth, cod=water, Baked Alaska=torched meringue=fire+air!)
