We will be making Tom Shanks (lamb shanks) and Bread Begley Jr. (homemade foccaccia).
Marco and Laura are bringing Marco Pollo Loco (pineapple chicken).
I will be bringing the handsome & delectable Roquefort Cheddarer. Specific dish TBD.
Dish update: cheesy cornbread muffins w hot honey butter (thank you, nytcooking IG!), and a simple Roquefort/walnut/pear salad.
