From Russia With Cock: Cocktacular 10 dish call!

Who's bringing what to the Turkey-themed From Russia With Love Cocktacular? Mei and I will be invoking Soviet spies in Instanbul with a vodka and coffee (decaf!) cocktail, paired with beef kafta or kabobs on the grill. The Big Green Egg (Eggbert, or Eggy for short), will be fired up and ready for anyone needing some hot coals.

    We'll be mixing up "Bolshoi Basil Green" cocktails, served with...more greens! (salad greens, that is - likely a smoked almond, strawberry & feta salad).

      Also, stirring up a big batch of Lady Greys (Earl Grey tea, ginger syrup, lemon....and vodka, so sorta on theme)!

    Mango Siberian Sunrise to drink, ıspanaklı patatesli milföy böreği – Turkish spinach and potato puff pastry rolls to eat. Sadly Ian will be sitting this one out.

    Missed the Turkish-themed note on first read - so, we'll also have some halloumi/hellim + veg skewers for Eggy. Technically Cypriot cuisine, but close enough....
