After binge-watching my favourite Parts Unknown episodes*, I'm paralyzed by too much inspiration! Tony wasn't a dessert guy, but he loved him some Stilton and a glass (or two) of port after a good meal. So maybe we'll bring that....
Okay it had me at "SIMPLE. FRESH. ASTOUNDINGLY DELICIOUS" I'm bringing Roasted Beets With Red Onion And Oranges. Also coming solo due to no babysitter.
That's hilarious, Kate, I was considering making the same thing, (for the same reasons, mainly the simple part ;) But still bringing the Stilton & port!
As Jenn mentioned, he wasn't a big fan of dessert but he did love his cheese plate... so it's admittedly a stretch, but I'm making cheesecake blondies.
