We’ll be making some kind of watermelon salad.
We're making eccles cakes!
Pork tenderloin & peaches (thanks, Jenn!)
Another pork dish! Pork skewers with mango or pineapple, or something like that.
Me again....actually, lead recipe is now oven-baked strawberry-chipotle wings with an avocado & blue cheese dip. But maybe the skewers still, Friday night decision!
Oh my god, Sandra, those wings sound AMAZING. (No pressure.)
Honey Roasted Figs and Chicken --- if I can find the figs.
If no figs....Cantaloupe Gazpacho With Crispy Prosciutto
I'm thinking duck breast with a cherry sauce, if the butcher comes through.
Oh, and GINJA SHOTS for all' (That would be cherry liquor, straight from Portugal!).
Addendum: we’ll also bring a savory cheddar and apple galette
