Cucurcurcurcurbitacular Dish Call!

Hey all, 
Looking forward to seeing everyone at our place on the 25th.

Theme: Cucurbitacular. So, basically, anything from the Cucurbitaceae plant family (also called cucurbits and the gourd family).

    I'll likely stir fry up one of my weeknight faves -- beef with bitter melon in black bean sauce.
