Tell us what you're making! I'll be attempting to steam up some lo mai gai (i.e. dim sum style sticky rice with tasty fillings wrapped in lotus leaves).
Jeremy and I will be bringing tea-smoked duck, on green mango/shiso slaw. Hopefully the smoking will work, without making our house smell like smoked duck.
Allison and Mark will be joining us and will bring a kale salad! (It's hard to believe how many spelling mistakes are possible in that brief sentence.)
Looking forward to having everyone over! We'll be making dolmades (rice-stuffed grape leaves) and cilantro-marinated BBQ flank steak.
