Beertacular dish call

I'm bringing 'Beeramisu' for dessert, and may also attempt to make Ale & Pretzel Caramels.

    I was inspired at the beeroness' website (www.thebeeroness.com)..I encourage you guys to gothere and make some of the other things I thought sounded tasty...like chocolate stout shortbread cookies or a glazed beer doughnut.

  4. If I can get my hands on a fondue pot, we'll bring a hot mess of beer + cheese.
    I also had my eye on a Guinness caramel ice cream (substitution: Mill Street Coffee Porter!), but perhaps we have enough dessert?
