Ian and I were thinking of a meatloaf wellington (but that's a lot of meatloaf). Ah we'll live - Ian can do that since he seems in love with the concept and I'll get some veggies going with a lentil, roasted pepper and spinanch loaf.
Correct, Mei is on the hook for terrine (Jeremy's going to be in Cali, so the sous chef gets promoted to chef this time!).I'm bringing a dessert terrine. Possibly Chocolate Chestnut, maybe something fruiter.
She's gonna be a key lime coconut semifreddo!

The McMompsons are bringing a pull-apart party loaf. Which is basically a cheesy party in a loaf of bread. Woot!
