Mei and I will be bringing chili-marinated shrimp on polenta rounds, with a tropical salsa. We think. There will also be some form of mock shrimp for the shrimp-averse. We think.
James and I will probably bring grilled margherita pizzas.
I think we're going to try grilled chicken involtini with prosciutto and basil.
