Get ready for some grapey fun! Any volunteers to host? Leave a comment to tell us what you're making -- anything'll do, as long as wine is one of the ingredients. And (while not a requirement) if you want to bring a wine pairing to go with your dish, even better! I'll assemble a cheese plate, and make wine-poached pears with ginger creme anglaise.
It's got bacon, mushrooms, a bottle of red wine, and "wine" in its name -- it's perfect! I'm going to try to make Coq au Vin.
